The word refine has continued to appear in my life over the last few days. Always subtle but such a silently powerful word, it can’t be easily missed.

In every instance it was used in the context of how life experiences have an incredible way of refining us so we can be the people we are meant to be. I can say for sure that what we go through forms who we become.

After looking at the Merriam-Webster definitions of refine, I am comforted by this theme that is clearly surrounding me at this current place in my journey.
